People First.
Always Has Been.

threesixty is a specialist recruitment firm, founded in 2023 on a simple conviction: that recruitment should be done with more care, more honesty, and more care and value than the industry had settled for. We recruit across every role under the remit of a CFO, for businesses and finance professionals across Australia.

Why we exist

We were built around three beliefs: that good recruiters need the freedom to do right by people and create as much value as possible; that businesses deserve a valued and trusted external talent partner, and that jobseekers deserve to be understood and their career put first. Everything we do comes back to those.

For me, recruitment has never been just about filling jobs - it’s about people, creating value and changing the perception of the industry, and that’s what shapes everything I do.

I've always been a people person. Helping people is what I enjoy most and recruitment has given me the opportunity to build a career around that.
