My Story
I specialise in senior, qualified and executive roles across accounting and finance, supporting CFOs and their reporting lines across a variety of business stages and sizes.
While accounting and finance is my specialism, recruitment itself is the real skill. Over that time, I’ve helped hundreds of managers identify and hire perfectly aligned talent, and hundreds of individuals advance their careers by introducing them to the right company, the right manager and a role that’s meaningful to where they’re headed. I think this is one of the reasons why the relationships I build last longer than a decade.
I founded threesixty in 2023 because, over the years, I’ve noticed the industry drift and standards slip. Recruitment should be about providing exceptional service and having a people-first approach, but too much of it had turned transactional - driven by targets and KPIs rather than people. So threesixty was created with people in mind, to raise the bar and provide better experiences, better processes, better outcomes - and gives recruiters the space and freedom to recruit their way.
Candidates get someone genuinely in their corner: authentic, focused on your personal next career move, proven expertise, well-networked and honest. I invest the time to understand you first - your drivers, your priorities, what your career and goals look like.
Clients receive proven capability, seasoned expertise and a recruiter they can trust and rely on. What I strive for, from both sides, is a moment of perfect alignment: the right person in the right role, where candidate, manager and company fit together, in a role that ticks more than the boxes on both sides. That’s why I don’t stop just at the placement stage, I care whether someone stays and thrives, so I think about attraction, retention and engagement as one picture - not a job filled and forgotten.
To this day, I can still tell you every detail of my first placement - who the candidate was, the company, the hiring manager, the reason for the hire. It could be down to having a good memory; but I think that level of care and attention is what makes threesixty, and my approach, genuine.
My values are simple: people first, hard work, creating value that didn’t exist, going the extra mile, transparency and honesty, and treating every person fairly and equally, no matter their level, role or background.
If you’re a candidate who feels stuck, a client after a fresh approach, or a recruiter whose values align with ours and values the freedom to elevate your personal brand - I’d love to hear from you.
