I started out recruiting accounting support and part-qualified Accounting & Finance professionals across a range of industries. As my relationships have grown alongside people's careers, so has my expertise. I now also recruit across qualified Accounting & Finance, analytical roles and finance positions up to mid-management level.
My Story
After almost a decade in the industry, I wanted to recruit the way I'd always believed it should be done, with the freedom to invest time in understanding what each person needs, without rigid hours or unnecessary KPIs. I wanted to put people first. My values align so closely with Antony and threesixty that joining was a no brainer and one of the easiest decisions I've made in my career.
My biggest strength is building relationships and the trust that comes from consistently showing up for people. One of the things I'm proudest of is that around 80% of the clients I work with today are clients I've partnered with for more than 5 years. I've helped many of them build their finance teams, placing multiple people as their businesses have grown and changed. I pride myself on being consistent, both in my work and in life and I think that's what clients and candidates have come to value most.
